Baby Humble #2: Weeks 28-34

Week 28 started my 3rd trimester and overall I have been feeling good. I've been having more aches and pains this pregnancy which I attribute to having to chase/carry Lacey Belle around and not being able to just lay around and rest like I did the first time around. My 3rd trimester so far has just brought back my tired phase from the 1st trimester and more back pain. I've also been feeling bigger this time around then my first, however I think that's just in my head because whenever I do comparison pictures to the weeks during my pregnancy with Lacey Belle I look the same and my weight is right around the same as it was for my first pregnancy at all the same stages this time around too.

28 Weeks - Officially in the 3rd trimester with less then 3 months to go! This pregnancy has seemed to fly by compared to my first. Starting to get more tired waves again and having to wear my belly band regularly now to help ease back pain. Getting random cramps and legs falling asleep easily lately. Staying active and keeping up with my yoga. Got Baby's crib and trying to get everything else ready in preparation of the big day. Here's to the final stretch!

29 Weeks - I had another Dr appointment this past week and Baby's heart rate was in the 150s. My diabetes test came back negative. We took a road trip up to VA for a few days and overall I'm feeling good. Having to wear my belly band more often cuz my back is getting sore easily with lots of walking/sitting.

30 Weeks - Only 10 weeks left until Baby's due date! Been checking things off the Baby to-do list by getting my epidural consult and maternity photos done. I've also started having some Braxton Hicks this week. I'm feeling baby move more regularly now but it feels more like wiggling/squirming around then kicking.

31 Weeks - Celebrated my first birthday pregnant by traveling via plane and car and with a sick Lacey Belle in the ER. Been feeling Baby move higher up in my ribs lately so hoping this is a good is a good sign that he has flipped and is head down now.

32 Weeks - We made it to 32 weeks! We took our last trip before the birth and survived sickness going around the house. Baby is moving a lot these days and it makes me feel sick at times. I'm back to my extra tired phase and trying to get everything prepped and ready for the birth. I can't believe Baby is due next month already! Baby looks good at our Dr appointments and I've started some routines to help prep for labor now that we're in the final stretch.

33 Weeks - Since coming back from our trip to KS we've all been fighting off colds. This has made me more tired and I have been napping as much as I can. Got Baby's crib put together and have been trying to get some sewing projects prepped to make. Been drinking my Red Raspberry Leaf tea and trying to start doing some pre-labor helpful workouts. Overall feeling huge, tired, and trying to get ready for Baby's upcoming arrival.

34 Weeks - The last couple of weeks I have been busy prepping for Baby! Got Baby's crib set up and all the laundry done. I am currently working on my sewing projects and brainstorming for nursery ideas. My back has been hurting often lately so I have been wearing my belly band very frequently. Baby has been looking good at all my Dr appointments and so far everything has been normal this pregnancy--the only downside to this is that I haven't had any more ultrasounds since 18 weeks (I would really like to have 1 more so I can see how big Baby is getting lol) but nevertheless I am very thankful for a smooth pregnancy!
