I've been so blessed to have pretty mild first trimesters, and this time was no different. I had some exhaustion (my most common symptom) and some slight nausea, but nothing bad. Overall, the adjustment to this pregnancy was probably my smoothest, with the older two being more independent and not needing me as much has been such a big help too!
4 weeks - At 4 weeks, we had a positive home test (the earliest I've found out) and a positive test at the doctor. I started scheduling my first appointments with a new doctor's office.
5-9 weeks - At 5-9 weeks, I felt a little more tired than usual, but not bad overall. The easiest first trimester out of all my pregnancies (thankfully). I would get really hungry out of nowhere and had to snack/eat smaller portions throughout the day.
10 weeks - At 10 weeks, I had my first doctor's appointment and ultrasound. The appointment went well, with all my blood work coming back great. Couldn't hear Baby's heartbeat on the doppler (first time I wasn't able to at my first appointment), but that can be normal. Got to see Baby for the first time on ultrasound later that week. Didn't get any pictures or hear the heartbeat, but Baby looked strong with a heartbeat around 140s.
11-12 weeks - At 11/12 weeks, my bump popped, and I started finding it harder to wear my normal shorts. At 12 weeks, we did our official Baby announcement, and I started to get more energy/motivation back.
