Baby Humble #3: Comparisons & Photoshoots & Ultrasounds, Oh My!

Trimester Comparison - I found out I was pregnant at about 4 weeks and began my pregnancy photo journey to document my growing bump. I started doing my regular photos/updates (or as I call them "bumpdates") when I was 15 weeks. Here are my comparison photos from the beginning of each trimester (1st trimester at 4 weeks, 2nd trimester at 12 weeks, 3rd trimester at 28 weeks).

Maternity Photos - I wanted to keep my tradition of doing maternity photos at 30 weeks. My good friend and neighbor took them for me in September. I wanted to do something a little different than my others. I wore a different color dress (green) and also wore some in jeans with a white shirt. We took them at a rustic barn and in a field. The photos came out great and I absolutely LOVE them! Here are a couple of my faves :) Photo credit: Lauren Rose Photography.

Ultrasounds - This pregnancy was smooth and without any concerns, so I only had the two standard ultrasounds with my doctor (dating scan at 10 weeks and anatomy scan at 20 weeks). This time, I elected to do an early ultrasound at 15 weeks to determine gender and also a 3D ultrasound at 32 weeks so that the whole family could see Baby more and all together.
